Missing hydrocortisone cream...

I was really excited to see first aid kit refills so I could replenish some of the expiring meds in my kit and this would be a great way to do it if it weren't outright missing components. It seems I have two extra bandages in place of two hydrocortisone creams but that hardly seems like a good trade. I normally like HART kits but they clearly need to work on quality control. Anyone buying this should carefully double check what's in there.
