Buy one size up for shrinkage
I wear size medium but bought a large to allow for shrinkage. It did shrink in the wash and the sleeves are still long enough

Beautiful shirt. Runs large; I exchanged my usual Small for an X-Small, which was still roomy and didn't shrink when washed. Wearing a cream-colored cotton t-shirt underneath created a nice look. Ironing was a challenge. Still, a great spring addition.
