Comfort Deluxe Self Inflating Sleeping Pad Double This sleeping pad is excellent! Very comfortable for two people, especially when you can regulate the inflation pressure for both people to be comfortable. It does not have dual chambers for each sleeper, but I guess the way the construction is inside with the baffling seems to work very well. This is a sturdy piece of gear. I love the inflation/deflation valves. You can flip over one of the caps to keep the air in or to keep the air out when you are rolling it up for storage. This pad has two valves at the top, one on the right and one on the left. If you have 2 air pumps, this allows very quick inflation. We love this pad and it’s perfectly sized when we use it in our Telos three person tent. We have also used it in a cabin as the mattress, and that was a treat. I love this piece of gear and it is highly recommended.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most comfortable I've ever slept while camping! My fiance and I used this and the previous version of the pad on a 7 day car camping trip through Big Bend State Park and then the National Park. Never once woke up uncomfortable or sore. This newer model is really easy to get back into the bag. Self inflates pretty quickly and easy to fill inflate with a couple extra breaths if you forget a pump. One night was so hot we couldn't use the sleeping bags and it was soft to lie directly on. I really recommend this for when weight/space aren't as much of an issue. We flew down to Texas and both pads and other gear fit into my REI 90L duffel. Worth packing heavy to be so comfortable
Recently went to Oshkosh and camped under my airplane for the week! I actually looked forward to going to bed because I knew I’d get a good nights rest on this mattress! Hands down, the best mattress I have slept on while camping…. Ever! I’m an experienced backpacker, hiker and camper, I’ve tried them all! Finally a winner for my car/aircraft adventures!
I'll tell you what, this sleeping pad has changed the camping game for me! I have always found myself shivering through the night even with a heavy duty sleeping bag or waking up with a rock stabbing in my side. Not any more! I took this sleeping pad to moab on a family camping trip and I was the only one with a sleepless night. Its so comfortable, it feels like Im sleeping on my cozy mattress at home. No rocks or roots stabbing into your back! The air provides within the pad provides a level of insulation keeping you warm all night. I promise you wont wake up from any sort of discomfort. On top of all of that, its very easy to inflate with the pump sack and deflate with the one way valve. I highly recommend this sleeping pad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great car camping pad. Got a double and my wife fell asleep within a minute of our first use. This pad provides very good support, feels almost like sleeping in my bed at home. It is also good at keeping movement isolated between the two people using the double pad. I turn a lot on as a side sleeper and my wife did not have any issues for two nights. Luckily the size is perfect for having my grandkids watch TV in the living room between the two chaises in my sectional. I also plan to use it when guests visit and I need an extra bed, it is that comfortable.
My wife and I just returned from a two-week car camping trip where we used our double sleeping pad every night. We continue to like this pad for its comfort and will continue to use it. The only challenge I experienced is how to pack it up and get it back into the provided carrying case or cover. I continue to appreciate the Sea to Summit methodology to inflate its sleeping pads by using the covers as a means to push air into the pads.
I really love this sleeping pad. It’s silent, fabric feeling, comfortable because I’m able to release air to my liking!… and kept me warm. I used it on a cot car camping in the Sierra’s in temps of low 30’s overnight in a tent. It was easy to air up w/ the included storage bag and easy to put away. It’s my new favorite set up!! 👏🏼🤩
Grabbed this for its extra wide profile and am not going to sugar coat it, this just makes camping way better. I understand why people like sleeping in the outdoors when you wake up actually refreshed and not with back aches or shivering. I can't wait to camp more this summer!
We needed a new car camping pad and this one fits perfectly in our Telios 3 . . . like it was made for it . . . converting that super lightweight efficient tent into a deluxe car camping lodge. Ha. Sort of . . . but, truly this is the best bigger pad we've had.
This is my second double air mattress from sea to summit. The first one had a delamination issue. They sent me a new one in short order. We love the mattress and a company that stands behind their product!!
