I love the versatility of the hinges on either side, so nomatter how it is packed in, you are able to get things out. I love it is a waterproof, and dust proof way to store and bring all my camping essentials. I'm so excited to pack this up and have it ready to go on our next adventure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I use many totes in my house to store items not in use. I really like the Alpaca Gear Box for many reasons. For starters, this box is 45 liters and boasts plenty of room for a number of different items. I love that it is waterproof and dust proof, as I have pointed out the blue seal in one picture. This box is equipped with 4 hinges, meaning that it doesn't just open on one side, you can open it on either side or completely remove the cover! And the cover, guess what?! It is clear so you can see what it inside, and, it is smash-proof!! How awesome is that? I also like that there are holes on two side of the lid and box which I'm assuming are to use for padlocks. All in all this is a great gear box that is super durable and will be used for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the box is hard plastic and thay the lid is a bit see though. It makes looking for what you may need easier to find. I like that It has the latches to lock the lid down and a place to pit a lock if needed. My only concern is how durable the lid would be under impact. I do think this is super nifty to store our camping gear and hope we get a lot of life out of it!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the 45L Alpaca Gear Box from Gregory. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect while waiting for it to arrive, but I knew I was looking for something solid to store delicate items in during off-seasons. When the Gear Box arrived, I was surprised at how light weight it was and questioned the durability. Those questions were quickly erased from my mind as I pulled it from the cardboard shipping box and found a light, yet incredibly solid tote. The lid is constructed with a tinted transparent polycarbonate that has a heavy duty weather seal to keep dust and moisture out. The lid is held on with 4 hinged latches that are very well made and can operate as standard latches or in a multi-sided hinged design, allowing you to open from either side without fully taking off the lid. I was able to easily store several exterior Christmas decorations (in their factory boxes) in the Gear Box with room to spare. While the Box is a slight bit on the pricier end, it is definitely built with quality and durability in mind. I'll likely be grabbing a few more for my storage and organization needs.

I love that I can pack it full and stack it in the car and not have to worry about things getting crushed. Then I can store it outside the tent with no worries about anything inside getting wet! The lid gasket ensures the box stays waterproof and dustproof! I also like that it features loops on the sides of the lid so you can padlock it if needed.

I love everything about these boxes!! They fit a ton but aren’t so big that everything gets buried. You can easily see what’s in them, open them from either side without the lid falling off and breaking, and organize smaller items with one or more of the gear pods! Only problem is that if they happen to fall off your garage shelf, the lid WILL break! So do not hit it with a sledge hammer (like it shows on the sticker!) Hoping Gregory will sell just the lids, for the inevitable unfortunate accidents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  I am really happy with the size of this storage box. It has a very nice lid that snaps on on both sides. You can also unsnap it on one side and it acts as a hinged top. It’s not super big it’ll fit in the back of my side-by-side, when I go on long trips and keep all my food and belongings, clean from the dirt. It’s sleek and has a stylish field to it which is also a plus. Overall, it’s a very sturdy and well-made container for all your camping or off-road needs.

I really like these gear boxes. I have some loadout boxes made by another brand, but these are better. The completely detachable, hinged on whichever side I choose, and clear lid make this product legit! They are very light weight, the size is overall perfect, and the price point is right in line for what you get. I can definitely see myself getting more of these boxes, should my wife allow it!

I was very impressed with the design and quality of the Alpaca Gear Box. I especially like the feature that allows the lid to be opened on either side. I am currently using both boxes to story necessities in the back of my truck! So far, they are working perfectly! I originally considered the Sidio boxes, but I thought they were very over-priced compared to the Alpaca boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alpaca gear box is such a great way to store items from harsh conditions. The plastic is thick and I like that the top is a bit transparent. The latches are easy to undo and the top feels like it's quite secure. The size is generous without being extremely bulky and it's easy to bring along and transport.
