Nice pack but too heavy for long miles and ascents
No, I do not recommend this product
Nice backpack with lots of features but at 5 pounds my wife found it far too heavy for backpacking consisting of long mileage (9 or more miles) with long ascents (1500 feet or more). She opted for a Superior Wilderness Design 70-liter backpack that weights just under 3 pounds but nonetheless offers great support.

Great Bag
Yes , I recommend this product
This bag is extremely spacious and comfortable. I recently used it on a 6 day hike on the SHT and it easily fit all the food and supplies that I was bringing. Once I adjusted it correctly, it really helped to take the load off of my back and shoulders.
