Yes , I recommend this product

This is a great pack for long day hikes and field work. The pack rides very comfortably and the various pockets are convenient for organizing gear. The mesh back allows my back to breath and the minimalist hip belt provides just enough support to take some weight off the shoulders. The only negative is that Gregory uses a very flimsy sternum/chest strap connection. I have already had two break on two different Gregory back packs and have seen other users with the same issue. I’m sure it is only a matter of time before this one breaks as well as it takes very little force to make them crack and fall off. Gregory will replace it if you jump through several hoops and have a receipt as proof of purchase but it is a pain to get the new one back on. I ordered a 3rd party replacement strap for the last one that broke and will likely do the same for this one. A weak link on an otherwise excellent product.
