disappointed
At the time of this review the dimensions for this footprint suggest it’s larger that the original salt creek 3 foot print. I over lapped them and they are the same exact size. The only difference is this one does not have the plastic clips. While I didn’t test setting up the rainfly I see no reason the original would not work if that’s a feature you are looking for. I also hate the case as the fabric folds over instead of the cord and clip on the original grey footprint that feels more like a stuff sack when in a rush. Not worth the upgrade unless you want the new material.
