[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes are awesome!!! The color way.. amazing! They are so comfortable and stylish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable and secure. Sleek modern style with with response sole. The traction is really good as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight shoes that strike a nice balance between foam cushioning and firmness.
Ellipse v1 is a good running shoe in my opinion. I really enjoyed running in my pair. The feel was better than the 1080 v14 imo.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what I am talking about I have been looking for the perfect training shoe and I think I have finally found it! I put these bad boys on and in my first run I set a course record. The propulsion is set up just right while the shoes are still comfortable with the fresh foam x. These will be my new daily trainers going forward for sure...
This is a great all around shoe for walking, standing, easy runs & recovery runs. This shoe feels great on feet. Not to soft, just the right amount of cushion. They are a little bouncy and keeps you moving along with the rocker when your running. My legs don't feel any kind of fatigue after standing or walking for long periods of time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a very solid shoe. They feel very stable and the foam is super comfortable to run on. It feels like a shoe that would be great for recovery and long runs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cushioned and comfortable, great as an everyday trainer. Feel a slight pressure point just below my toe when walking, but overall very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these on an easy 10 mile run and they performed brilliantly. Felt incredible the moment I strapped them up. In an age where uppers seem to be becoming thinner and thinner it was nice to have one with more material that allowed my feet to feel more secure, though it’s possible that this feature may cause one’s feet to be too hot on summer runs as I had a touch of the hot foot on a very mild day. This shoe feels like the perfect amalgamation between the responsiveness of a daily trainer, and the pillowy soft comfort of a max cushion shoe, yet without the extra weight making it nimble enough to do strides at the end of the run without feeling like you’re plodding. The toe box is very roomy. I’m looking forward to wearing these out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Ellipse v1 has wicked cool colorways and clean lines. The initial fit was really good. It fit true to size for a running shoe. Toe box area was snug but definitely not too tight. Once I laced it all up the shoe felt stable and I didn’t get the sense that it was wobbly at all. I could definitely feel the cushioning which was nice all around. As I was walking around in the ellipse v1s I could feel that the vamp of the shoe especially up on the top and sides of the balls of my feet was a little stiff. Every step I took I could almost feel the stiff parts of the vamp bend then fold on each step which felt a little weird. I tend to run on the my forefoot with a slight supination if anything. The first mile or so in the shoe was pretty good but into the 2nd mile I could feel a little pain on the front outsides of my feet. I think the ellipse v1 is probably lacking some cushioning in that part of the shoe to make it work for my foot strike style. Overall the cushioning was pretty good and seemed to be a middle of the road responsiveness compared to some other running shoes I’ve had. I think this shoe is definitely more geared towards someone that is more of a mid foot or heel striker. I think my overall impression of the ellipse v1 is that it’s a good shoe for easy runs if not more of a sleek looking lifestyle shoe. With the clean lines, vibrant color ways and decent heel cushioning it seems like a great shoe for getting out around the town or taking a nice easy jog.
