A new level of comfort in sneakers

Toe Box Much Narrower Than Before

I’ve been running in the New Balance 1080 wide fit (D) for years and always found the fit generous and comfortable. The V15 is noticeably different. The toe box feels more tapered and snug compared to the V14, even in the same wide fit. For me, that change has aggravated my Morton’s neuroma and made the shoe feel tight and uncomfortable on runs. If you’ve worn previous versions in a D wide, just be aware that this one fits much narrower in the forefoot. It’s an expensive shoe, so I’d strongly recommend trying it on carefully before committing. Online orders cannot be refunded in-store.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback and for being a loyal 1080 wearer over the years. We’re sorry to hear that the V15 fit—particularly in the toe box—hasn’t met your expectations and has caused discomfort. We truly value your input, and insights like yours are shared with our product team as we continue to refine fit and design in future updates. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Confort and Style

Not only does this shoe offer cushioning but it is also very fashionable. I have received numerous compliments on the color which naturally leads to the conversation of the comfort they offer, especially on long runs.

Comfortable for long run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved them. They felt much lighter than the previous 1080 model.

Value plus!

These are great shoes! Such great value. My son uses these as school shoes and I’m so pleased he is spending so much time in a very very good quality shoe!! Thank you!!! And they look good too. Some other school shoes are pretty boxy and ugly! These are very cool

New Balance Sneakers

Best sneakers i’ve ever purchased are from New Balance. So light, and comfortable and fit perfectly when you order the right size fit. I don’t feel my plantar fasciitis when I’m in them. Just me, my music & walking in comfort ❤️

The best

I absolutely loved these shoes; they are super comfortable and cozy. I run very well in them, and my feet don't hurt at all—they don't chafe or damage my feet in any way. They are excellent; I would definitely buy them again.

So Nice I Bought Them Twice.

Very cushioned, roomy in the toe & supportive! Will continue to purchase this style as needed. My favorite running shoe I’ve ever had.

Well rounded daily trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my second time testing out the 1080s and I really liked them! I would say they run true to size. At first they seemed a bit less stable than other shoes I am used to, but that feeling quicky went away in the first 1/2 miles or so. They have a good amount of cushion and were quite comfortable at my long run pace. I did a bit of speedwork with them, and while you can tell they're not explicitly designed for a track workout, they held up as a great all-rounder shoe! As an added bonus they make for a great pop of color in my running fit :)

To Infinion and Beyond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when I thought I couldn't love the 1080s any more than I already did, the v15s stepped it up again. Loooove the new Infinion sole, you can really feel the bounce, support and stability. The shoe feels slightly narrower than the v14s - and as a result, more supportive around the ankle particularly. I could immediately feel that the new midsole has been developed for higher durability/longevity. A fantastic update to my favourite everyday trainer.
