I've been back packing western mountains for 5 years now. Tent and sleeping bag on my back. I had heard people talk about a sleeping bag liner when their bag didnt cut it. After a November trip to Wyoming in 24' and Montana November 25' I felt it time to try it. The liner is of great quality and the material felt soft. I have a older sleeping bag that is 2 parts to buttons together for real cold nights, but it takes up alot of space. I just tested this liner out this week over 3 nights. My temperature range outside has been 26-32 degrees overnight. Im very happy with the performance of the liner. I used 1 piece of my sleeping bag and the liner all 3 nights. Like others have said, its alittle difficult to get into or out, but it is not horrible. I usually have flashlight or phone I. Sleeping bag, so then I forget when my arms are inside the liner, that I can't grab it. It will take getting used to since there is no zipper or buttons for quick in and out, but I tend to only worry about that in Grizzly country, which it wouldn't matter anyway. I have washed the liner even know there was no noticeable smell or effects from use and it is still identical to the day it arrived. I highly recommend this sleeping bag liner to help improve your thermo efficiency!
