Neck: Around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

I am SO glad I didn’t listen to the review stating this ran small — I ordered my usual size (medium) and it’s perfectly oversized. I’m 5’7”, 150lbs. I have long arms and usually struggle to find women’s shirts that are long enough and I’m happy to report these sleeves are perfect. The hemp color is lovely and the shirt has a nice weight to it. I love it and I just ordered a different color! Going to live in these this fall.
Black Diamond quality
It a great-looking shacket with plenty of room for a sweater underneath. I love Black Diamind because their women's shirts have a feminine cut. I have a slim straight body type and the boxier styles don't work for me. The quality is top-notch - and note there is no sizing issue with this garment! I am 5'4" and got the XS.
teeny tiny
the medium did not fit in length of sleeves or to my waist. Too small across my shoulders and lats. The weight of the material is nice and warm, but not made for full sized adults. I'm 5'8 and 120#, so not a large human. The mens medium fits great!
Cozy!
I love this soft and cozy flannel. I bought the medium (I'm normally a small in outerwear) and it's a little big but that is how I wanted it to fit. I can wear it over a baselayer. The mustard color is really lovely as well!
