Poor communication
I never even got a chance to wear these socks. I emailed REI that they cancelled my order and never communicated that and I had been waiting to receive them. If I hadn't gone back into my account myself, I never would have known that REI cancelled the order and never let me know that. (I assume they were out of stock?) The least they could have done was sent me an email stating that my order had been cancelled, instead of silence. How odd I receive an email wanting me to review my order of a pair of socks I never received.

I really love a good pair of warm wool socks, especially during boot season. These are some of my favorite. I have excellent hiking boots and didn’t want a heavy thick sock and these are perfect. I also appreciate that they don’t fall down.
