Altra  Experience Flow 3 Road-Running Shoes - Men's

Lady Representative at REI was very helpful in shoe selection. I was looking for an everyday sneaker for comfort. She showed me a variety of brands and I chose the Altra Sneaker because of the wider toe room and elevation in the heel. I have worn them a couple of times and they feel very comfortable.

I just received these yesterday, if you are sleeping on them BUY THEM! They look amazing. The sole has almost a metallic look to it and one of the best looking shoes I have ever seen. As far as comfort, they feel light, and soft but not to soft! I am excited to see how they do over the next 29 days during the test ride! However, I hope I continue to love them, the color way is amazing. WE NEED MORE OF THIS ALTRA!! I have added a pic of the shoe since I couldn't find a real pic of them anywhere. Don't sleep on them, this is the best color way I have seen yet!

Great shoes. Extremely comfortable. Now have three pairs of different Altra models for whatever adventure awaits. Used a waterproof pair recently for 6 weeks of adventures in Scotland and couldn’t been happier with them. At 76, these shoes are the ideal solution for stability and to prevent sore feet.

Love that the toe box is wide and the Drop is so low. And I can fit in my orthopedic inserts! The low profile is great because my feet don’t appear to be as large as they look in other popular competitor shoes. I can’t wear women’s shoes because they’re so narrow.

First time wearing Altras. I was looking for a wider toe box that’s wasn’t a true wide shoe. Wore them for a day and the heel doesn’t seat properly it slips no matter what lace pattern I tried. It’s almost as if it’s not contoured correctly to support the heel. It will slip and there is no fix. First and last time customer all in one day for me.

I went away from Altra for a while but these shoes made me come back i really enjoy the 4mm drop and the foot shape. So much better on my feet and the minimal drop is much easier on my Achilles being a bigger runner 6’0 200. Probably going to buy another pair right away so i can rotate between two pairs !

Have the Experience flow 2, which is a very good shoe! I the purchased the Experience flow 3, wow it is even better than the 2. Like the Cushing better the whole feel of the shoe is awesome, I own several Altra's and enjoy all of them, but this Experience 3 is my new favorite!!

Great upgrade to the experience flow 2- it's a bit less roomy which pivots it more towards a true runner rather than a walker. Still plenty of room for toes
