I just used this for Broken Arrow Skyrace up in Lake Tahoe. It was light enough in the heat of the day to be comfortable, wicked away sweat fairly quickly, and blocked the high mountain sun like a charm. Having the zipper was great to dump heat on the crazy vertical ascents. 10/10 would buy again.
I'm giving this one star to attract attention. Why doesn't MH include the weights of all their products? In a time when many of us are interested in dialing in the weight of our packs, MH does provide weights for hard shells and down clothing but does not provide a weight for fleece or active clothing or it offers only a weight per yard of material. I was required to answer whether the product is too big or poor quality--I randomly clicked--I don't know the fit or the quality.
Nice and thin and lightweight. I might have got a heat rash the first time I wore this in extreme conditions but it hasn’t happened since while in the heat and full sun.
Excellent hot weather and sun shirt. It breathes well and looks good.
Perfect light weight zip shirt - great comfortable fabric
