The material is a perfect balance – durable enough to handle brush and scrapes without being stiff or bulky, and the water resistance has stood up to steady drizzles perfectly. What I appreciate most are the thoughtful details: the zip-out hood is a lifesaver when a sudden shower rolls in, and the handwarmer pockets are placed right where you need them, without interfering with the front zipper. It moves with you, which is something you don’t realize is missing from other work jackets until you try this one. For the price, the value is outstanding. Really good jacket. Its not very thick and good for cold weather, not extreme winters. The jacket is water resistant and provides decent coverage from winds. I also like the detachable hood.
