A Perfect EDC Knife
To be totally honest I am a knife enthusiast (not a collector). I wanted to add on a few new knives and the Benchmade Bailout checked a number of boxes in one knife: (1) I wanted a knife with Carbon Fiber scales. (2) It had to be murdered out in black. (3) I wanted a knife with a Tanto blade. (4) I wanted a lightweight, thin knife that was longer than the Benchmade Bugout with more real estate for a better grip. The Bailout met and exceeded all of these specs. As an added bonus i "purchased" this on a Members Only Sale for 20% off list price, and I had plenty of REI card dividends so this knife was for all practical purposes a "freebie." It is an ideal EDC knife. I struggled between getting the Bugout CF-Elite but am so glad I got the Bailout. Absolutely worth every penny. It has exceeded my expectations.

Not only is this knife super stylish, it’s also very functional. The weight is incredibly light making this a prime every day carry tool. Really glad I got this during a member sale but would happily have paid full price.
