Teva  Verra Sandals - Women's

After first use, straps are ripping. Will be retuning. Very disappointing.

This sandal is VERY comfortable and perfect for daily use AND slightly dressy. The narrow straps (9/16” for ball-of-foot and 3/4” for ankle) are just great and less obtrusive than most Tevas’ webbing. The heel strap is nice and soft. The foot pad is supportive with cushioning. The sole differentiates the ball-of-foot from the heel - so more grip and control when active. Yes, its true the front velcro seems sized for a much wider foot than mine. But I cut it down. This sandal answers 95% of everything I have ever wanted in an all-purpose active sandal. BTW I wear a narrow 8-8.5 shoe - bought this in size 8. Perfect. Will be buying another pair.

This is my second pair of Teva Verra Sandals, and even better than my first pair, which is now three years old and still in good shape. True to size (I ordered 8-1/2), these sandals work really well for my high arch, narrow heel, and bunions. They are comfortable out of the box - the Velcro straps make them highly adjustable across the instep and ankle areas, and the straps avoid the bunions. This color (light blue) works great with many items in my wardrobe. I'm tempted to purchase a third pair in a brighter color, just for fun, but these blue sandals and my original brown sandals cover most everything. Don't hestitate!

Had bunion surgery this year and finding supportive comfy sandals have been a struggle. These have been great for my feet!

I bought the sandals one day before leaving on a vacation that would include a lot of walking. They replaced my well worn Tevas, and I was concerned that I didn't have time to "break them in." Needless worry, as they were comfortable from the minute they went on my feet. I walked MILES in these sandals with absolute comfort. The adjustable strap across the toes is perfect. Good arch support. No slippage. Perfect summer sandals. I purchased black, although I'm tempted to get the snazzy teal as well.

I bought these sandals on my way to Europe, last minute. I was filled with regret that I had not packed my Chacos. I find these sandals esthetically unpleasing. However, when I don't look down my feet are sooooooo comfortable. Worth every penny for weeks of endless European walking. The adjustable straps accommodated feet that are not equally sized... turns out my right foot is slightly wider than my left. Ultimately... no one cared but me that I had what appeared to be my mother's shoes on. The most valuable lesson in purchasing these was to just let it go and enjoy the sights.

What a great sandal !!! Its perfect for hiking trails and on slippery surfaces. I wore them everywhere in Puerto Rico-rainforest, caves, beach, and site seeing. Great support in the arch and comfortable

Overall I like them. I have a lot of foot issues (bunions, high arch) and finding shoes to accommodate is difficult. These have room for my funky big toes, don't overcrowd my baby toes, don't dig into the top of my foot, don't have aggressive arch support, and the heel is surprisingly squishy and comfortable. When it comes to shoes you just *know* as soon as you put them off if they'll work and these were a yes. I took off 1 star because they feel a bit long. I wear an 8.5 and I'd say they do run true to size, but they're 1/2" longer than I'd like in the front. I wouldn't want to size down because they'd probably be too narrow.

This would have been a super comfortable and functional sandal. The problem for me is that the forefoot strap is too long and doesn’t have enough Velcro to adjust properly. From a quality perspective, the Velcro on the back strap of one sandal was not sewn down very well making it difficult to feed through hook. Also, the grooves on the footbed pinch my forefoot when I walk.

They are very comfortable and have lots of support. My feet don't slide around in them and they have great traction for walking through the creek, without sliding.
