Work like a charm
I purchased a few second hand bikes for the family and initially thought I would have to get new rims. After doing a bit of work on google, I found you could true the rims up. I purchased this wrench and have found it really easy to use and made a high difference to my bikes.

Broke on second use
The concept for this product is great, all in one tool instead of needing three different ones, but the material is very fragile. Mine broke (fractured the wrench slot) the second time I used it.

worth it.

Much better then the cheap stuff you get from the cheap on the road bike kits (the wenches that can do everything). You can loosen or get spokes tighter because it actually covers the entire nipple instead of only a small portion. It's also not nearly so hard on the nipple as well. Haven't had problems with it braking. Dropped it short distances (a foot or 2) on cement several times and hasn't broken yet. I haven't bummed into the missing spoke size yet, but I have only fiddled around with 3 bikes.

Good spoke wrench

I was having problems with smaller spoke wrenches stripping out spoke nipples, with this wrench, it has a greater gripping surface, so I was able to grab and turn spokes that the lesser wrench could not. And it was much less expensive than buying 3 different professional wrenches. It easily could fit in a saddle bag.

Tamed the long uphill Las Vegas grades

I'm 74 years old and with my single speed cruiser, was having a hard time with the long uphill grades here in Las Vegas to the point where it was taking the joy out of cycling. It was down to getting a geared bike or to quit riding. So I took the plunge and purchased the Trek Electra Townie 7 cruiser. What a great bike for me everything is sixty percent easier than with my old bike. And although it still lets you know your when your climbing grades, my Townie handles them and hills smoothly but still gives my legs a nice work out. It took me a couple of rides to figure out where to set the gears to get the best performance (lower gears aren't always better). This bike gives me exactly what I wanted from a cruiser bike. It is beautiful, well built and the ride bears out the high quality of this bike. The REI employees couldn't have been better, the salesman who demo'd the bike was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The service department had my bike ready to ride in a little over an hour. I'm sure there of plenty of bike snobs out there who would disagree with my assessment but I personally couldn't be happier with my purchase, worth every dime, happy trails

Great all-in-one

I like have all the different sizes in one tool, not as easy as a single size tool. Find the size that fits your spokes and mark it with Sharpie, paint pen or tape. This helps with identifying correct size while adjusting many spokes.

Heavy but robust

This thing is very solidly built. Has 3 different wrench sizes, meaning it will fit just about any bike. Solid does, however, mean heavy - but I am not counting grams on my trail rides.

Works like a champ

A great tool to keep in your seat bag. Individual wrenches are better for wheel building but this little guy works great for tune ups or road side emergencies. I would buy it again.

Doesn't get any simpler than this

A very adequate tool. Does what it should with no surprises.

Depends on type of spokes

Thought this is an universal fit, but no. It depends on the size/type of spokes. It strips some because none of three sizes fits or too loose.
