Crazy effective, but exercise due caution.
This stuff is crazy good at dissolving and blowing away dirty, solidified lube and grease, like cleaning derailleurs, rear wheel hubs and cassettes, servicing bearings, etc.. It's also very good at removing dark scuffs on painted frames (spray on a wipe and buff the scuff). It's also good at dissolving and removing the red dye coloring on some Mavic hubs, so always a good idea to test in an inconspicuous place first. You should be careful around seals and other rubber/plastic products that might be affected.

Cleans well, but.......
Does a good job of cleaning the chain, but if your chain needs a thorough cleaning, it takes almost the entire can. Not a very cost effective.

Works Great, Goes Fast

First, this works great. It puts out a surprisingly high pressure stream of gunk cleaning degreaser that will clean even the filthiest and gummed up chains, cassettes and chainrings fairly quickly, making it highly valuable if you're away from home, or in a hurry. There's one negative though. Since it spews out so very much, you're likely to go through the entire can fairly quickly, just a handful of cleanings. As such, I recommend you use a unit like the Park Cyclone Chain Scrubber most of the time, and this for when you're on the go and pressed for time.

Works great! Doesn't last long.

First of all, the product work great, the combination of the solvent and propellent really cuts the grease. It's less of a cleaner that you leave on your parts and more of an air duster with degreasing properties, you rely on the velocity of the dispenser, so it's not difficult to use an entire can in one cleaning.

Useful stuff

This stuff does a great job as long as you do not follow the directions too closely. If you do follow the directions, it is very expensive. Used sparingly it works great.

Not very effective. It's like alcohol

This degreaser is just alcohol. It cannot degrease your dirty chain to the silver color like the picture shown on the website. Meanwhile, it's very costly. It seems like it took the half bottle for a single use.

Gets the job done

I have been using this for a number of years and it is my primary degreaser. It does the job well, however, if your chain/cassettes/etc are a total mess it might take a few applications to get it clean. I find it works best every 150-200 miles and then relube.

Amazing! My gears are silver again!

Bought this product after attending a bike maintenance class through REI in Concord. I was amazed at how easy and well this product worked with no scrubbing at all.
