The best ever
I have tried many insoles. This one has the best balance and feels the best. (I have tried Superfeet, RoadRunnerSports, Spenco, Dr. Scholls, and moldable ones). The reason it is so good is that it has a high arch in the center but the plastic support "gives" a little - it is not too stiff. Then the forefoot and rear foot have cushioning. I have put this in all my dress and running and hiking shoes!

too light
I tried these in the house once. I realized right away that these have too little material and don’t offer the support I was looking for. Swapped for a new option from Superfeet.

Love at first step!

I have high arches, my right foot especially, and have a hard time finding shoes that have the support I need. Recently I have been dealing with plantar faciitis as well, so the need for arch support is even more important. I purchased these about a month ago and I love them! I wear them in my older "retired" running shoes walking to work and switch them into my current running shoes. Within 2 weeks I my plantar faciitis has noticeably diminished. I've been doing the same stretch, ice, roll routine as before - adding these insoles is the only change. They give great arch support and are great for being active because they are more flexible than other insoles. I will be buying another pair to live in my running shoes!

Pleasantly surprised

In the past I've used Superfeet insoles. However, my local REI didn't have my size in the style I needed for my high arches and back issues. So I thought I'd try the currexSole insoles. They have a rigid arch support but it doesn't extend all the way to the heel like the Superfeet insoles, which might be a good thing. I've worn them for a few weeks and I'm finding them quite comfortable.

Zero Drop/ Barefoot Compatible.

For those who don't know, these inserts are compatible with zero drop shoes. They give support in the arch, have more cushion than a stock insole. But aren't going to be a Dr. Scholls gel insert. A lot of these reviews are right, yes, they sit lower in the shoe (I love this as the top of my foot isn't pressed against the top of the boot), yes, they're simpler. But in my opinion, they cup my foot perfectly, give great arch support, are low profile so they're not taking up more room in the shoe than they need to, and are the perfect insole. I DO NOT like superfeet, they are way too stiff for me. These have room for a wider toe box, are just the perfect amount of cushy, and aren't pushing your calf up further with more insole on the heel. I have them in my workboots, my hiking boots, my altra's, my lems, and I love them. For those looking for ski or snowboard boot insoles, get ski and snowboard specific insoles. Game changer.

instant comfortability

Wow I have tried many inserts dealing with over pronation on my left foot and these inserts were a absolute game changer . Perfect on my foot not to much of a arch support where it hurts but definitely exactly where it needs to be . Highly recommend

Not,bad,- not bad at all.

I was a little skeptical that this would make any real difference, but I "took the leap" and I'm glad I did. They're, by FAR, better than the originals.
