Wally World Tent Can't Compare.
My partner and I used this tent and walls alongside a Wally World "commercial" tent of the same sort. We had them setup for about four months last year, as we used them for our tent boutique business. There is no comparison. The Wally World tent walls are fraying at the fasteners and I can see no way to repair them. The REI tent and walls show no signs of damage, even though it went through several storms, high winds, and plenty of sunshine wear. If you have a long-term purpose for a tent like this, pay the extra money and buy the REI one. It is worth it.
ARS--Aluminum Rapid Shelter-Side walls
These walls are well made of heavy material (same material as the canopy. The velcro for securing the walls to the poles seems to be somewhat imprecisely placed, but interference between adjacent walls was not an issue. My biggest gripe about the walls is this: There is no option for a center zipper to make a sidewall into a door. If you use the canopy with four walls, i.e. as a camp HQ, you must enter/exit through an open corner. Doing so is not convenient. 4 stars only because of the lack of center zipper option.
Worked as a wind break while cooking
This wall worked as I had hoped. I was able to fold it up and place it in the bag with the Caddis Canopy. I would recommend installing the wall before staking down the corners. I made the mistake of staking down the corners first and I had them to wide for the velcro to hold the wall on.
Shelter is great--needs better storage bag
The shelter is great. Sturdy (but very heavy). The top seems well constructed. But the bag they give you is useless. Ripped the first time I picked it up, too small to get back in unless the top is perfectly folded, etc. I'd pay a little more for a bag that measured up to the product inside. Even worse, finding a replacement bag has been difficult because of the size. Plan on two people to carry from the car to setup.
Does not match earlier side walls
I bought the first two in 2013 to use with my canopy at Art Fairs. I ordered additional walls and they are much lighter material and do not sip to the original walls. I was very disappointed after a very long day at the fair to find out that my walls could not sip together as planned. If you need side walls- order all 4 at the same time. They are very light weight compared to the original walls that are like the canopy.
It Takes Four to Make An Enclosed Shelter
Just be advised, don't race in at the last moment and buy the walls and assumed, based on the photo, that there will be four walls in the package. When you get to your camp site in Utah you will be surprised to find only one. Poor rating only because it took two sales reps to figure that out when I called and asked where the other three walls were...the shelter and THE wall worked great.
