Really making a difference in my hips

I have been rolling my hips on this once or twice a day while on a 2-week long meditation retreat. Last time I was on retreat, it took weeks for my hips to recover from sitting so much. I think this time will be quite different, as the regular rolling really helps to keep them from tightening up so painfully. The roller is a great dimension and firmness for rolling, and it does not take up much space for travel. When I bought it, I thought it was kind of expensive, but it is turning out to be well worth it to not be in pain! A friend here says that all of her friends who are professional dancers have these too.

Awesome firmness!!

I needed a foam roller for my legs and decided to get this one because of its firmness. Those ridges and bumps really dig in muscles. A bit painful first but my muscles loosened up in no time. This is exactly what I needed. This extra firmness might bother some people. If you are not used a firm deep tissue massage, you might want to choose the regular one.

Absolutely love, but it cracked

I'm a professional alpine ski racer, and this thing has not left my side for the past four years. Other foam rollers are too soft for me; this one actually does the trick. Indubitably the best foam roller that I've ever come across. BUT! It cracked last winter. I'm not exactly small (hey, mass helps you in gravity sports...). But still, I think it could be made of slightly stronger material, or maybe thicker. I'm not as a big as an O-lineman, and I'm sure they'd get use out of this too. Anyway, thanks Trigger Point for an amazing product and here's to hoping you make it a tad bit stronger! Also hey wanna toss a new one my way? :)

Very great product

I think this was great buy for me. It helps relieve my muscles after heavy weight-lifting session. It allows me to relax and sleep better. The width and firmness allows me to use it on my legs, back, side, triceps, forearm. You can find your own way to use it on your shoulders for deep muscle penetration. I keep this in my gym bag and when I travel.

Excellent back roller

This is a fantastic product that helps those of us with back problems. It hits the right spot, for me anyway. Using it everyday helps to keep my back issues from getting to a really bad place over time. It is a high quality plastic that really does the job and will last forever. I also like the rough tread on it. Very portable, also.

Good for lower back

I tried and it hurt, it can help me to find the pain and fix it, I use for my lower back. The only drawback, it has came with damaged green logo and I didn't know that is a sticker (See the photo).

Serious roller for serious pain

Incredibly hard and doesn't soften like other rollers. Highly recommend, but be warned this roller isn't for the faint of heart. It is really hard. I use it to roll out my shoulder. I have a serious muscular imbalance with years of fascia build up. First time I rolled I literally screamed from the pain of the pressure. My shoulder and scapula have started to relax more now and it is directly because of this. I would highly recommend this problem for "Gamer neck and back". I hope they make a 30" version soon I can roll the whole scapula out. Thanks

Best yet

Never thought I could get this kind of relief from those deep trigger points, but this has really helped. A little daunting at first, but right from the start had relief.

The freaking best!!

I bought this over a year ago & I am so glad I went with the harder foam! I'm a bodybuilder and a personal trainer and highly recommend this product for anyone! I use this atleast once a day and up to 3 times a day. I have never felt better and more mobile since I started using this product. If your skeptical at all, take my word on this and you won't be disappointed:)

Favorite Foam Roll

I bought the Grid X when it first came out and I absolutely love it. By far the best roller I have ever used. A lot of other ones lose their shape after a while, but this one is still going strong. It's even helped me loosen up some chronic troublesome spots like my IT band and soleus.
