Everything falls when it hangs up
I love every single thing about this bag EXCEPT that if you like to be able to hang up your toiletry bag when you get somewhere, everything falls out of this one. I wish the designers would create some kind of metal stay across the top so it stays straight when hung up. As is, it sags and stuff will fall out:( Otherwise it would be totally awesome.
Gets the job done
I bought this shower kit for work trips that range from one week to three weeks. It's been great. I can fit everything in it and the small zippered pockets on the front flap keep the small things organized. It does not work to hang it from the hook because there is nothing reinforcing the fabric. I just lay the whole thing on the counter/floor/etc.
Functional
Well designed kit holds tons of stuff, yet is lightweight. I love that it is designed to stand up securely for countertop use as an alternative to hanging by the loop. The extra cases are a bonus, and being transparent makes it easy to find contents. Bold patterned fabric would have been more attractive than the plain looking color choices but top marks for functionality.
Holds everything
I had been meaning to replace my old toiletries bag. I went with the biggest one because I was using 3 separate bags to hold all the things I use. Yeah, I'm high maintenance in the product department. But this bag holds everything I need and still packs flat in my suitcase.
Almost really good....
Excellent toiletry kit - packs flat, stands up on the bathroom counter, has the right number of compartments and a removable TSA pouch. But as others have noted, it has a design flaw. It doesn't hang well. I fixed this by sewing a chopstick into the top inside seam under the hanger. Now it hangs perfectly, but I shouldn't have had to do this. What was REI quality control thinking...?
Lightweight and easy to shove into a backpack
I bought this to carry toiletries for my family of three. It was the perfect size. I like the extra bags that are transparent and hold smaller items. We only travel with backpacks, so it's easy to work into a full pack of clothes, etc. The bag stands well on the countertop in an upright position.
Stop analyzing like I did and JUST BUY IT!
LOVE!!! I bought this shower kit two years ago to keep myself organized on a month long trip to Europe with my mom and I'm so glad that I did. Still use it all the time on weekend trips and even tend to continue using it throughout the week upon returning home. It's so durable. High quality materials. Even zippers still work like new and I've used it like a work horse.
Very efficient organizer for all overnight items
I am very happy with this. It has many compartments to keep everything organized, clean and dry, and I found that it hangs up well without collapsing and dropping contents
Great for long trips or full size bottles
Had to replace a travel bag after a spill disaster and am glad that I did. This bag fits all of my daily routine items better than the casualty plus if I want to take full size bottles I can even though this bag is not any bigger. It's just a better design.
Started getting holes quickly
Love the size and pockets for storage but the lining started breaking down pretty quickly and got holes. Not good for frequent travelers or those looking for a long term investment.
