Best Pants I have Ever Worn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not only the most comfy pants I have ever worn, but the most breathable and they really do hold up! This color POND is the nicest color pants I have ever worn also. I have bought 3 of these, and now I cannot find them. Please make more Columbia! I was going to order three more pair. These are form fitting, but not tight at all, but not baggie either. They are light weight, dry quickly on their own, and look sharp enough for more then just casual dress, yet are rugged. Bets color pant ever!!! Best fitting pant ever!!!

Great Pants! Buy them now.

These pants are simply the best pants that I have ever owned! I used to like the Columbia Cool Creek pants-but they were discontinued. These pants are those pants, but the problems have been fixed. The pockets are deeper, they are true to length and the side pocket is deeper. The stretch material is perfect. I have literally taught backpacking on a weekend and wore these pants Monday morning-no washing-to teach in the classroom! Well worth the cost of no ironing and wrinkling. I bought (2) pairs and will probably get a few more. Problems: I am a classic 33-30 and they only come in 34, which means I always have to wear a belt.

My favorite pants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with these pants. So much so, I ordered one in every color. They're very comfortable and sturdy to stand up to abrasions and the like. I use them on a daily basis, hiking, fishing, riding my bike or just out and around in Kodiak, Alaska. They're a little more athletically cut (they fit closer) than your standard pants but not so close as to be like skinny jeans. The material is a bit stretchy so it doesn't restrict movement. They're articulated too which helps. They are also a bit thicker which is great for cooler weather. So far they've handled everything I've thrown at them without any sign of wear.

Just too tight around the knees

As others have said. They have great fabric and some cool looking features, but they are just too tight in the legs. The fabric around the knees drags when you lift up your legs. This would be a problem when climbing, but it's also annoying when sitting. Otherwise they are awesome. People with skinny legs may like these.

Quality pair of hiking pants

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned these now for about a year and put many, many “miles” on them. I have found them to be well made, comfortable and durable. They are made of a fabric that has a small amount of stretch to them which adds to their comfort. Breat pretty well, protect from the elements and effective DWR. The little details are nice as well: a soft micro fiber material of inside of waist hem, zippered accessory leg pocket, Velcro back pockets, articulated and gussetted knee area. If you choose to purchase these pants, I would it find it hard to imagine you being unhappy with the decision. Great product!

Nice but not very durable

I really like these pants they fit nicely and look good. Also dry quickly and are breathable for hiking. However, the seam ripped the third day I wore them so they need to be a little more durable.

Very Comfortable and Well-Made

Reminiscent of my The North Face Tibetan Hiking Pants from the late 90's, but: With a trimmer fit that I prefer, and one more back pocket. Extremely comfortable. There is room for improvement: 1) The fly could be longer for more user-friendliness :) 2) The articulated knees could be eliminated because the material already has the right amount of stretch. This would make these pants more versatile they would pass for business casual.

My new favorite pants

These pants are super comfortable and functional! They're just a bit tight in the waist. I'm 6'3" 200 lbs athletic build and ideal pant size for me is 33 waist x 34 inseam. The 34" waist is a bit too snug so the snap button comes undone sometimes, but I still love the pants. I'm going to order another pair in a size larger and different color. One thing to consider is that there is a zipper pocket on the right thigh that I didn't notice in any of the pictures. I wasn't a fan at first but it's actually pretty convenient!

junk pocket fabric, zipper, & snap

In 1 year the pocket fabric wears holes - the perforated fabric is a stupid idea. No longevity. The zipper is weak and the store I purchased from says that is the highest complaint they get for these pants. The next highest complaint is the snap. Neither will hold well and NO I am NOT overweight. I never use them without a belt. So my belt takes the stress off the zipper & snap. They are simply POOR quality. I hate that the back pocket velcro will not stay fastened when you sit. Stupid design ideas all. T

Not just for outdoor activities but everyday life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started of with 1 pair and instantly fell in love the second I jumped into them. I now own a total of 5 pairs! For anyone who has worn or wear pants now that restricts them from reaching full range of motion and can't find the right pair that doesn't do that. Look no more! These pants are made of lightweight, stretchy, and durable material. As an avid hiker and an individual who workouts, it can be difficult for me to find a pant that fits my thighs and hips properly. Not anymore. I can easily slip in these and look like I'm wearing tailored pants. I've walked, hiked, ran, even performed powerlifting moves in these and had absolutely no issues with movement restrictions! With the 5 pairs that I own, I haven't found anything negative about this product. I highly recommend this pant!
