Columbia  ROC 5-Pocket Pants - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these pants on a trip to Europe and wore them multiple days, always over a merino base layer. The lightweight stretch fabric and comfort stretch waistband made them extremely comfortable for long hours of walking and sightseeing. They stayed comfortable all day and never felt restrictive, even after repeated wear. They fit perfectly into the local European style, looking clean and modern without being overly technical. I never felt underdressed, whether walking around town, visiting museums, or going out to dinner. The pockets are practical, including a secure one ideal for travel, and everything stayed in place without adding bulk. They held up very well to multiple days of wear and continued to look sharp throughout the trip. Comfortable, functional, and stylish, these are excellent travel and everyday pants that I would definitely buy again and highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed in the fit of these pants. The fit at the waist is decent, but across the upper thighs/lower hips they did not include enough material. Consequently, around the area of, and just below, the pockets, the pants feel like you have another belt on and are very uncomfortable. This issue is exaggerated even more as soon as you have anything in your pockets. I’m a slim person, so it’s not a body shape issue. It is either poor quality control or poor design.

5th pocket is small, hard to reach into.

Maybe I’m just hard on my pants - I have not worn these on a hike or any strenuous activity just to work and lounging around. The back right pocket is already coming apart at the seams after less than one month of wear. It’s not even the pocket I keep my phone in - usually is empty or just holds a bandanna. They are really handsome pants, but I assumed being from Columbia, they would’ve lasted longer.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought these because they are light, fit well and he liked the style. He was really impressed and bought several more pairs. They can be dressed up or down and are great for travel (weigh significantly less than jeans). He's worn them to work and traveling and they look great. Would highly recommend.

Good fit. Pretty nice fabric. But 5 pockets??? The zip pocket is tiny. Enough to hold a credit card but that's about it. The pocket in previous versions of this was larger and could contain, e.g. a passport.

Excellent product. The ONLY fault is the front belt loops are too close together. It creates an unsightly appearance when dealing with a belt that has a natural extension beyond the buckle.

Best travel and everyday pants I have found in a long time. Comfortable, durable, very breathable. Love the stretch. Great for my tour from Mexico City to Oaxaca in warm weather.
