A Real Deal
Yes , I recommend this product
Seriously! This stool is a steal at this price. It’s worth much more. The unit is very versatile. It can be used while lighting your camp fire or working in the garage. It’s very light and could go in a back pack for hiking. It would be great on a picnic. It comes with a strap to carry it. There is a case but it’s not even necessary. There is also a Velcro strip to secure the seat material when it’s folded up which makes it very compact.

Sturdy, durable, lightweight
A great (cheap, easy-to-use) alternative to a super-light chair such as REI's terrific FlexLight. This stool has reinforcements on all corners/rivets, large & durable ground pads and a sturdy fabric surface. Great for stop & go hiking because it takes zero time to deploy and stow. Much-much better built than look-alike stools (at about the same cost). Comes with a quality stuff sack but the chair has its own strap for shoulder carry.

A Must for Primitive Camping
We took this with us this weekend and we wish we had two! We had to hike in a mile to our site and we felt like carrying this chair was effortless. Also it was comfortable after a long day of hiking to sit in!

Great little seat
Yes , I recommend this product
Bought for my boys to have at scout camps. Cheap and they have held up well so far. There are a few small screws that need to be checked and tightened before use though. This is why I gave it 3, otherwise I would rate a 4. I have used other high end (mucho dollars) products that rate a 5 but these are cheap.

tri-leg stool
Right now I am using all 4 in my classroom for seating at our listening center. My students love them as I do. This summer I will be taking one on the trail. I like that it is light as I plan on packing light as REI suggests.

Too heavy!
No, I do not recommend this product
I know the description said it was 2 pds, but when I received in the mail, it felt very heavy. Too heavy for backpacking.
