Hit your pressure points without dropping the ball
This is brilliant. If you’ve ever tried to work out those sore spots with an old tennis ball against the wall just to have it drop, you want one of these.
Great recovery tool
Lacrosse balls are great, but it's hard to get them exactly where you might need without contouring yourself. But put one on a rope and things become much easier. This is great for getting all those trigger spots in hard to reach places. The rope can also be removed for use like a regular ball as well. I may actually keep up with my recovery now!
Great product
The best massage ball I have ever had! Highly recommended!
Not as great as it seems
Was so thrilled with this self massage product when I saw it online. I find it difficult to maneuver especially with the rope. Save yourself time and just get the balls and place it in a sock.
Perfect for self care
The tiger tail is perfect for self therapy on trigger points in your back. The rope makes it easy to position the ball where you want it and to keep it there. I use it regularly at work during breaks and it provides so much needed relief. The ball and rope are super robust and should last a life time as long as the dog doesn’t get ahold of them. ;)
Great muscle tool for anywhere.
Great tool for stubborn knots. Purchased in store got it home and the rope had already Freyed exposing the inner of the orange rope. Coved with electrical tape to fix it. It’s working fine at the moment. Rei has a great return policy so I am not worried.
Great recommendation from Physical Therapist
This is great. My PT recommended it, and it's great for relieving knots in pressure points. Also, it's much better than the one I ordered from the major online retailer--this one is big enough to do some serious work.
