Rated 5 out of 5 by from Socks Dont Get Better Finally a pair of socks that keep my feet safe in harsh conditions. As an ultra runner, I train and race in all conditions over 100's of miles (Wet, Dry, Hot, Cold, Rocky, Etc...). From multi day adventure runs, weekly training runs, and racing 50-100+ miles, I have yet to have any blisters when wearing these socks. I was also shocked to read the earlier review stating durability issues since I have never had this issue. Thanks Injinji for a durable sock that protects my feet. I consider my Injinji's combined with my shoes the most important products I wear because without blister free feet, you can be stopped dead in your tracks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bomb proof. I run 20-100 miles at a time on trails (and occasionally off trails) and I needed a durable sock that worked well with my minimal footwear. A friend reccomended these and I really liked how much control I got in technical terrain. The sock also did a great job at preventing blisters that usually form between toes on long runs. The biggest plus is that the socks have seen over a 1000 miles of rough, rocky, dusty, scree filled trails and they've never gotten a hole. I'm suprised by the last review because in my opinion these have been way more durable than my smart wool socks that barely lasted a month (they must have bought an older version of these). Anyways, THESE ARE MONEY (and worth the money).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for hiking! I was introduced to Injinji socks by a sales associate, when I discussed my problem with hot spots while hiking. She suggested that I try these along with a pair of lightweight hiking socks. When I first put them on they felt very strange (I have never worn toe-socks before), but after adding a second layer with a lightweight wool sock, I could barely tell that I had toe socks on. After my first 15-mile hike with these socks I am very impressed! I'm prone to getting hot spots between my 4th and 5th toe. No more hot spots!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Run without blisters In my quest for socks that helped prevent the blisters I'd get when running I ended up trying a pair of the Injinji toe-socks. No more movement between my foot and the sock... turns out that's perfect! Another benefit I found is that wet socks aren't a problem either. If I do splash through a puddle - or run a couple hours in the heat - though they're soaked, I still don't blister. Weird down-side: more movement between the sock and the insole of the shoe means I wear holes through the insoles after a few hundred miles; but it's a small price to pay for no blisters on my feet. I've purchased 20-30 pairs over the last few years. They are now the only socks I wear. I run over 2000 miles a year, so the wear seems acceptable to me. The newer ones last longer than the previous design; but they're thicker / heavier (not by much... but that's the deal).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Minimalist Sock This is a great minimalist sock for runners who wear minimalist shoes. I wear these with my Vibram FiveFingers shoes because, well, my feet stink when they sweat! These lightweight socks are well-constructed, fit the toes and heel quite well, and have just enough rise in back to help prevent chafing of the achilles. And, my VFFs don't have to be laundered every other day. If you run in the cold, you might want one of the heavier weight variants, but I usually run in Texas, so... they work very well for me. ( I think I have these in every color they sell now!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Socks helps toes in hot and humid runs After being referred to the Injinji sock line for running, I looked into the Injinji RUN 2.0 lightweight no-shows for a running sock alternative to running without a sock during runs with both minimalist and maximalist running shoes during humid weather. The socks still keep most of the flexibility of the toes while running and at the same time keeps moisture under control between the toes. The material has held up after running about 200 miles in these socks. I let them air dry as suggested.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love them!!! I thought they would bind my toes, but they absolutely did not. I wear them inside my 5-finger toe shoes and they are light enough that they do not cause bulk inside each toe "stall." They do not shift or slide down in the back of my shoes. They are soft and comfortable. LOVE THEM!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Durability issue I am a avid runner and trail runner who averages around 30 miles per week. I purchased these socks after a friend recommended them to me. I went out for my first trail run and when I got back home I noticed that there were holes at the ends of several of the toes. I was quite alarmed thinking that maybe I purchased a defective pair until I read Pinto Been's review. I have been running in socks from Adidas, Nike, Smartwool and Icebreaker for years and have never had an issue. These socks are a great idea, but until they reinforce the toes, steer clear.
