Size chart is way off, not sure what they are measuring, not what it fits, not the padded section, idk. I wear my hipbelts at 38" total inner circumference, ordered a Large thinking it would probably be too small, it was actually huge on me. Ordered a Medium next and it fits well. Disclosure: I purchased this to add onto a MYOG pack.
