Best Use Rock Climbing, Climbing
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great basic to Intermediate instruction Great instructional guide for the beginning/intermediate climber. This covers the basics of gear, body positioning, foot & hand placements, rope management, just about every aspect of rock climbing. Even advanced climbers can pick out of this book basics that have been missed/forgotten and fix bad habits. The down side of course is that to cover every topic of climbing means the author couldn't delve too deeply into the details of each topic. But there are plenty of other books that are solely dedicated to (example) gear placements. Great book, every climber should read this or something similar from time to time.
