Finally a dry cockpit...
We purchased two of these for our Arie kayaks and love them. Apartment living does not provide us with the storage facilities required for our two 10 foot kayaks. They are stored on the roof racks of my Mini Cooper almost all year. With the addition of the cockpit covers we are no longer required to bail the boats out before we hit the water. Our only negative comment is with the addition of the cockpit covers we have noted a low pitched hum when driving at highway speed. Nothing to worry about.
Well Worth the Money
The cover is awesome it is waterproof, its tight around the edges and seams but still has some extra cloth towards the middle so it can give, instead of just tearing. Its great for storage, When not in season I usually store thing in my kayak so it keeps all my things together and when in season its perfect for keeping water and other debris out. Overall great buy for the money.
