Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best shoes I've ever owned. If you're looking for shoes that look like this shoe look no further. Buy this shoe. Much like another reviewer I've had these shoes over two years. They've held up amazingly well and I haven't conditioned or cleaned the leather with anything but a damp rag. My feet are more on the flat side and at first the arches seemed a little too high but they broke in very nicely. The insoles of Olukai shoes are better than any after market insole you will find. It makes you wonder why other brands seem to consider the insole an after thought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun, funky, casual shoes Great casual wear, also my go to slip-on to take out trash or cook at the bbq grill. A comfortable, square-toe drivers mocassin. I tried on my normal size, 12, in a store first. My foot length is 12.5 and about a C width. Ordered a size 13 because there wasn't a size 12.5. The Euro size is shown as 46--which most of the time is a US size 12. Great fit with thinner athletic socks, pretty loose with thin dress socks or bare-footed. But then, you should hang loose every-once-and-awhile. Lived in Hawaii and Guam when younger--lets me slip "home"...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes for a casual work environmen I bought these a a work shoe. They are the shoes I wear more than any other (work shoes that is) and the olukai shoes and sandals are amazing. These shoes are great and I get compliments all the time. They are definitely more casual but are extremely comfortable and durable. Goes well with khakis and jeans. Wouldn't recommend if you wear a suit all day every day, but then again you probably wouldn't be shopping at REI for work shoes...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OluKai Keeps on Impressing Me... I have owned 3 pairs of OluKai Hiapo flip-flops (thong sandals) and each pair has lasted over 2 years (wearing them in the salt water, at the beach, at the pool along with wearing them daily during the summer). They are so well-made and stylish that I decided to try a pair of OluKai shoes. These Moloa (in the dark gray) have been amazing. I thought I'd wear them occasionally at work (pharmacist), but have been wearing them every day - they are that comfortable. I did have to buy them in one size smaller than I normally wear in shoes, so I recommend that you try them on first. Exceptional build quality and comfort. I could not care less about "shoe compliments" but I have had a lot of total strangers (and co-workers) saying "nice shoes". Will have to go back and buy the brown ones (got $20 bonus bucks when I bought my Kinetic fluid cycle trainer). This shoe will not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I coveted these shoes for months I tried these on and declared that they were the most comfortable shoes ive ever tried on. i had to buy a half size bigger for wear w/ socks in the winter. Thought i wouldnt use the rear fold down flap for clog style wear..yet i do it all the time. great for airport travel when you have to remove shoes at TSA checkpoint. They do get a bit smelly after long wear w/o socks (equal fault of my feet!) now i covet the flip flops. great shoes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New Favorites I was looking for a pair of black casual shoes that are stylish enough to wear to work or out in the city but casual and comfortable enough to wear on the weekend. Basically a versatile shoe. I was going to get another pair of Merrell slip ons, but when I saw these at REI while shopping for an upcoming trip I tried them on and instantly loved the fit, feel and look. I haven't had them long enough to tout their durability as some other reviewers here, but so far they don't feel flimsy. I tend to wear through shoes faster than the average person and so far Merrells and sometimes Keens are the only things that stand up at all when it comes to casual shoes. I am hoping Olukai performs as well because they make very good looking shoes and comfortable to boot. The REI employee who went out back to find me a pair of 12s (they didn't carry half sizes, I asked for an 11.5) said he had multiple customers come in asking if they sold just the insole of the shoe, and two of them bought the shoes just for the insoles. That is how comfortable and well made the insoles on these shoes are. They're much higher quality than even the Patagonia (another high quality company) insole which is just a flimsy foam insert in comparison. These shoes are very comfortable and for flat boatshoe style shoes have great arch support and cushioning. I also can't be happier with the styling. These are some of the best looking casual shoes I have ever owned. They look amazing with jeans. The only weird thing is that the sole is a combination of leather, with rubber treads sticking through the leather and i feel like while the leather would stand up over time it seems strange and adds risk of water leaking in or just damaging it. It looks really nice though so I wouldn't necessarily change that. The only cons are: They are pretty pricy for what they are. 10-20 dollars less would have been quite welcome, they don't really match up to anything else at REI price wise, even Merrells which are not cheap are not nearly as expensive. Also, if you step in a puddle that is more than .5-.75 inches deep, you may get wet toes. They're okay in the rain, but avoid the puddles. (NOTE: I don't consider the widness a con, because I have slightly wide feet. They aren't EE width though, probably just single E. They do seem to run half a size too long though)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shoe all around These shoes have been great!! Cant wait for the weekends when I generally wear these. They go everywhere and you don't have to worry about them getting scuffed the more you wear them the more comfortable they get. I got them true to size, I am generally a wide shoe anyway so these fit great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great produce but has sizing issues I purchased this show as it's extremely comfortable and looks great, however I have had sizing issues with OluKai. I'm normally a size 11 and when I tried the 10.5 it was slightly too big and the size 10 was too small. I ended up buying the 10.5 but after a few days the shoe was too lose and I ended up returning for a different OluKai (mesh show which fits much better). I really wanted to keep this show as I was looking for a dressier option for a beach wedding but in the end had to return this. I will be trying other OluKai's to see if those fit better. Thanks to REI for the great return policy.
