Great Jacket
This is a great jacket for kids. It is well priced and provides lightweight breathable protection while holding up to wear and tear. I have bought a version of this jacket for both of my kids over the past 4-5 years and have always been pleased with the quality and functionality of this jacket. My only suggestion would be to make the tail a little longer, otherwise it's perfect.
Heavy?
I can't believe in this day and age that REI doesn't list weights for every single item someone might consider carrying backpacking.
