Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best endurance sport supplement ever The best tasting and most effective supplement I've ever tried! I chew a few on a long run and hold it between the gums and cheek for quicker glucose absorbtion. They give me a quick boost of energy and help reduce muscle cramps late in the race. I have had no adverse gastrointestinal effects like some other supplements cause. The texture is a lot more palatable than sticky gels. Only con is that the packaging makes them difficult to use on a ride.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magic Beans I love these jellybeans (my favorite is watermelon). I discovered them when training for my first half marathon a couple years ago and I've been purchasing them ever since. I never go downhill mountain biking/hiking/other types of biking without them. I even brought these to the Amazon Jungle and used them on hikes there. I notice a big difference when I use these vs. not using them. I always have a few sips of water after eating to help wash them down and I'm good to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These caffeinated beans are AWESOME These are awesome. They are basically jelly beans + electrolytes and caffeine. My workouts are only about 45 minutes each, but these would be handy for hiking, extended activity, or just prior to working out. They definitely don't taste like normal jellybeans, probably due to the caffeine. Since I work in an office, I like to keep them in my desk drawer for the afternoon doldrums or just prior to my long, long drive home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than I expected My daughter gave me some of hers mid-ride and I was surprised how good they taste. (watermelon, which I normally don't like) Even just a third of a package gave me a noticeable boost, and they taste pretty good. My 7 year old daughter's comment was that they were "salty" but she eats them, which speaks volumes on its own. I will be packing these along with Gu for all rides now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable energy I keep bags of these in my backpack both on the trail when I'm trekking-climbing, and also when I travel for work on aircraft (often). Its a nice quick burst of energy, and also sometimes just gives you "something" to tide you over until you sit down for a meal. Also great if you get stuck at a customer site or conference room and just need something! :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't taste like watermelon I was disappointed in this product because the beans made me thirsty and were difficult to choke down. They taste nothing like watermelon and did not give me any sort of performance boost. The beans were gritty and made me feel like I needed to brush my teeth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YUM First of all, I love jelly beans. So it wasn't hard to like these "sports beans" by Jelly Belly. I prefer these over any gels or bloks/chews. They are really tasty and just overall a great product. Thanks for reading.
