Took this with us to Joshua Tree National Park and set up some TR anchors (length is ideal for using the quad) with it....and ....well we're still breathing so it works great

I just purchased this cord and although the quality and craftsmanship of the cord is extremely well and is a strong piece of equipment. I would NOT have bought this cord knowing it is A STATIC ROPE. I repeat, this cord is a STATIC ROPE. Not suitable for climbing or mountaineering unless you are rescuing someone. I recommend a dynamic cord if you are going to be building anchors or leading. This is a huge piece of information that is missing.

Sloppy Manufacturing

Bought this today, in-store, opened the package and both ends were left unfinished. In addition, several inches above the unfinished ends the cord is soft as though it’s been stretched too thin.

A Must Have

I have used this on several occasions now and it have been absolutely fantastic. It is perfect for setting anchors to top belay of you left your quad sling with your follower. I have also used it to anchor my belayer to the ground in case I took a lead fall and it held up great. best part is at the end of the day you can throw it around a tree tie an overhand and string your hammock up. I have had this cord for about 3-4 months now using it in all conditions and it has kept up very well. The color is still bright and there is no unusual wear marks. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for cordelette

Great cordelette. Perfect length, burly cord that knots well, and the bright color is very visible. I use this for building 3-point trad anchors, as well as slingling large trees. I have other cordelettes and slings, but this is the one I carry and use most often. Some of my friends use this also, and I often recommend it. The price is a bargain for this great cord.

Anchor cordage, what you need.

It's cord, good rating, what's not to trust. A tad stiff, hopefully becomes a little more supple with more use.

Gets the job done, any job!

I use this for a purcell prussik to anchor in while setting up top rope anchors at the top of a climb. Works just like a PAS but cheaper and more easily adjustable in my mind. The cord is strong, lightweight, and very easy to tie knots in. And the colors are fantastic! No complaints here!

A simple line

A simple auxiliary line, some of which I use as a foot ascender rig for deer hunting, I’m 63 and don’t have the upper body strength I once had. In the cold with insulated overalls it’s better to not break a sweat at 0430 in the morning.
