amazing crampon
Simply amazing! as long as you have the right boots for them. Never a loose fit, simple to strap on. They provide a solid platform and sure footing. I will always own a pair of these!
The Best Multi-Uses Crampons
These crampons are best for alpine/mountaineering. They work well for ice climbing, but not for technical freestyle climbing since they aren't mono-tip (and lack spurs, not that spurs are that important). Regardless, overall they are very versatile since they work well as alpine and ice climbing tools.
excellent all-purpose crampon
This is a great all-around crampon for use in the alpine. I have been using the sabretooth for about 4 years now and they have taken everything in stride from glacier travel to steep alpine routes to vertical water ice. A jack of all trades.
perfect all-around first pair
This is a great first pair of crampons. It's great on vertical ice and for general hiking on icy conditions. I had doubts for ice climbing, but the crampons performed better than another pair made for climbing that I had for a demo.
Fabulous product
these are probably the best crampons on the market if you enjoy climbing mountains such as Rainier. they work perfectly on snow, rock, ice. the others i climbed with had grivel crampons were not as satisfied with them.
Simple and agressive
I've only Ice climbed 6 or 7 times but these have done great so far. I also use them for mountaineering and they shed snow well. Great cramp on if you are on a budget.

Yes, I use these for vertical ice and love them, I never felt a need to get something more, they work great for it all.
