Great Nuts
Great nuts. I recommend buying the number 3-11 nuts and then getting the #5-6 hex. The 5-6 hexes are a bit lighter than 12-13 nuts and can be placed in more ways.
Black Diamond Stoppers
I love using Black Diamond Stoppers for my traditional rack when out climbing. They work great for passive protection in the rock!
Simple and reliable.
I have a small mix between nuts and hexes that I use to anchor myself to rest while free climbing in my area. My local crag has some bolts up so I haven't had the opportunity to fall on them yet (Lucky me) but I'm confident that they can do the job.
Awesome addition to any rack
This was one of the first pieces of my climbing gear I ever got, and it is to this day still my favorite. Easily slides into cracks and provides great hold that I can trust in case of a fall. A definite must have for any climber, new or old
Life saver
These things work great and are easy to place. I've tried other brands but I prefer these.
They are there when you need them!
There are times when a cam just doesn't fit and a BD stopper fits right into the wedge of a crack! I now have a set of two , there are certain cracks that simply gobble up stoppers. You get such a good feeling when you sink one of these guys in and your inner dialog is "I could fall on that all day!" These are a must have for any Trad rack!
Been using these for 13 years
I've been using BD stoppers for a long time now and they always work great. I know a lot of guys are moving towards just using small cams but you can't beat the stoppers with how light they are. They are easy to place, last forever and are really reasonably priced.
Works as it should.
Having the color coding is great as there is less fumbling around on the wall. They work as advertised. Only issue is how easily the wire gets offset in the stopper. Not a big deal by any means, but can make for a nest of a rack when on the harness.
Color coding makes for easy selection
These are a good nut, I like the color coding it makes for easy selection, I've also noticed the colors of the larger and mid sized nuts match the size range of the bd cams of the same color something I've found useful at times
Strong!
Not much more to say about a wired stopper. It's strong and holds a big whip! I love BD products and have been using them for years. I lost my last stopper so just buying a replacement.
