Better than a coat hanger
The good: It's way better than a coat hanger It's way better than trying to improvise with a sling twisted up in the back of a v-thread It includes a knife, so I don't carry a separate one It includes its own clip that doesn't require a carabiner The bad: The knife is right where your fingers need to go to open the hook It's difficult to open the hook (good that it's secure, but bad when trying to use the hook) It's quite long, which helps with clearing ice from screws, but it mostly just feels big on the harness Lastly, it doesn't fit in a Grivel 360 Screw when the crank is closed. This is more on the screw, but I think it could have been designed to work around the limitation of the screw.
