Great product but issue with dispensing design
Great product. condition leather well and makes it look like new and waterproofs nicely. Careful with the little plastic part within the sponge that you press on the shoe to release the fluid as it could scratch leather shoes and they look unsightly. Wish this would've been warned somewhere. Other than that, great product.

Terrible Packaging
The bottle this comes is horrible. You must 'push down' to open the seal internally, but even after doing this very little comes out. I was squeezing the bottle to get the liquid to flow out and the top blew off and all over myself, my boots, and the surrounding areas. If you get this I would highly recommend you remove the 'applicator' and just use a rag, unless you want it everywhere and in your eyes.

Worked on Blundstones

I used the product on my very dry blundstones and it worked amazing. Conditioned the leather really well. I didn’t changed the color very much which I was worried about. I have the lighter rustic colored ones and it made them a tad bit darker but nothing crazy.

Alternative Approach to Leather Conditioning

Water based, and goes on wet - very different from conditioning with straight oils. Nikwax Leather Conditioner carries restoring lubricants in to reinforce the tanning treatment leather received when being prepared for use in manufacturing products. Many believe this kind of conditioner is more likely to work well with modern cemented sole connections and in footwear combining leather and synthetics. Along with Nikwax Cleaner, you can clean, condition and then wax all within one wetting, with no dry time. This is very convenient in addition to working better for many leather gear treatment situations.

Fresh looking boots

I've used this stuff on every pair of boots ive owned for awhile now. after giving them a soap and brush bath, I apply this to keep the leather looking great. never had an issue on suede or goretex.

Rejuvenated my old Ahnu boots!

Great product, easy to use. Smells a bit "chemically" but doesn't last after you take them outdoors. I thought I had ruined my boots by using a leather boot conditioner I found out later was not intended for hiking leather boots. But after following REI's cleaning directions I applied the Nikwax and let it work its magic and it's like I have a new pair of boots! Yay!

Just what the boots needed

I hadn't given my hiking boots much attention for a few years. Washed them with mild soapy water and a toothbrush. Used the Nikwax Liquid Conditioner after washing and the boots look great. Definitely recommend this conditioner for hiking boots that need some attention!

Made favorite boots look and feel like new

Bought this product with the cleaner and used both products to recondition my favorite boots. After cleaning and conditions, boots looked and felt like new, and proved waterproof after testing.
