Best Use Climbing
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My forearms are bulging The GripMaster has essentially improved every aspect of my life. From improving how I hold a fork to letting me squeeze my own oranges now. This thing is probably the best thing I've ever invested in - and I bought Apple stock in the early 2000's. I can rock climb with one hand, play a guitar with two, and do both with 3. I've gotten to where I no longer need a fishing rod, I now just go out and catch fish with my bare hands. My friends now call me Vice after the GripMaster has given me bulging forearms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Postive Spin This was my 1st finger training device I purchased and it still works like a charm. I am sure the springs are being less restive each time I use it but the change is hardly noticeable. The black grip can be moved to either side of the device exposing either a flat bar where all of you fingers will depress this bar, or a key side where each finger has its own key to depress. This is a great device for intro level climbers to build up so muscles quickly (or slowly if you want to). So may find this to be pricey but I think it is still worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from color counts Make sure you pay attention to the color they indicate the strength. I got blue bot realizing and its rather easy. There a couple of different ways to use it to change the workout. Something cheap to throw in the car for the drive to work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its good. I got this in the hope that it would help me get a stronger grip. I think it has worked so far but I wish I went with the heavy tension. I don't know if it is the way I grip it but the finger area some times hurts and is uncomfortable. But it is a good product and easy to carry around. I have actually used it at school to pass time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's not just squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. [@]With those exercises you get a maxiumum workout that you can take with you anywhere, I use it at work and at home. The different exercises push you to the next level!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Works great. Quickly helped me build finger muscles. I outgrew it quickly but there are ones with more resistance. I recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why pay more for less? I tried the high resistance strengthener and could completely compress all of the digits right out of the box. You achieve burn out after about 50-75 consecutive compressions. The bottom line is that there are better hand strengtheners out there for less money.
