GREY not TAN & inadequate replacement process.
Stone/birch color is GREY, not at all TAN as shown on their website photo. Where is KEEN's quality & inventory acceptance controls? Plus, very frustrating KEEN will not send me a direct new photo of the other color option, before I reorder, attempting to replace my 3 month old KEEN shoes whose upper cloth materials started separating - 4 weeks plus of emails, photos, phone calls, driving to UPS stores = wasting time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love these walking shoes!! I take a walk every morning and these shoes are so comfortable. My foot feels very supported. I feel I could walk forever. The wide toe box is wonderful. All other shoes I've worn (not KEEN!) caused one of my toes to go numb due to not being wide enough in the toe area. I am totally sold on KEEN. They're now my favorite brand. I will definitely be purchasing KEEN walking shoes again. Thank you!!
I like my shoes.
They are easy to slip into. I love that. So far my shoes have been very comfortable for walking. I've worn them 3 times on city sidewalks.
