Best for recovery and movement
I add Gnarly collagen pro to pretty much every pre and post workout drink - goes great with MCAA's or Hydrate. Doesn't change the taste and at 53 years old, I'm amazed and the difference in performance and recovery I've seen since making it a staple in my workout nutrition.
