I love this jacket— new top brand
This jacket is great — bombproof Gore-Tex with high quality seams and pocket pull hardware. We get a lot of wind, so I need that. Fit is super flattering, like an old Arcteryx I used to have, even with layers. Room to move, even if you end up hiking/crawling for lines. The pockets are plentiful and don’t add bulk. Color vertical zenith is gorgeous. Super saturated and not gaudy. Removable powder skirt doesn’t feel in the way. I got the pants, too. I hadn’t heard of Peak Performance but this jacket quality is at least the same as Arcteryx, my other favorite. The fabric is typical 3L Gore-Tex crunchy, but that’s what you get for total protection from the elements. Looks cool, too.
