[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tindercord is a multi-use must-have when camping. It is strong and with a cotton core so it can also be used as tinder for starting a fire. I tested and it catches fire easily and burns quickly and cleanly. It also only burns up to the end where cut then closes off so the whole cord wont burn through if not needed. If not needing to use as tinder this could also be used to tie things down or keep things joined together. Very lightweight and easy to store but has high tensile strength. Lastly, it is also reflective so could be used for scenes needing high visibility or ease of relocation in dark or dimly lit areas.

It's a nice and compact despite being 50 feet long and seems pretty durable despite being thin. I love that it is multi-purpose, making it a great camping accessory. My one compaint is that it kinks and gets knotted up super easily. I guess I was expecting it to be more like a rope, but it's definitely a cord-like material like the name suggests. Overall, due to it's functionality, at a reasonable price, I would recommend this item as a part of a survival kit.

I love the tactile feedback you get from this line, when used as tent and tarp guy lines. The bright color, and high reflectivity, also helps. Unlike more traditional paracord, it doesn’t snag on every pine needle / twig / etc.
