Beyond expectation. Durable

It feels very thin but surprisingly warm if you add one layer underneath. It feels lightweight and durable. My chest measurement is 42" and I'm 5'6" Apple shape. The L fits better and looks more flattering on me. However, I do feel this is a bit overpriced. Get it with discount

I would love to buy this Parka in different colors :)

I am overly excited in using my parka for this winter. It's absolutely everything I thought it was going to be. I love the double zip you can zip all the way down or half way down and leave the bottom open, also the thickness is just perfect will definitely be warm. I will definitely size up it's a little tight but still perfect.

Not a fan of the iron on logo.

This parka is warm & comfortable, the length is perfect! I was disappointed that the emblem is an iron on rather than an embroidered logo. It cheapens the look of the jacket. Buyers beware, you can not tell from the website that it's indeed an iron on. I'd prefer the embroidered logo like my other jackets.

Great parka.

This is a great parka! The length is perfect for keeping warm. Looks nice on. The logo looks cheap since it's an iron on rather than embroidered. The iron on was a disappointment. Online you couldn't tell it was an iron on. I have many Northface jackets and none of them had this type of logo.

I will buy but a thicker version

This is my back up work coat. I was a little chilly during the colder days. The color is great! The dual zipper had only one pull cord extension string on the top zipper. I need one for the lower zipper too.

Great coat if you like long

This coat is great super warm but lightweight exactly what I was going for. The color is a little more purple than mauve and it's really really long. I wish that it hit mid thigh rather than my knees.

A Staple!

Kept me warm in sub zero temperatures! My advice would be to size up, I am usually a small, but a medium was the best fit - especially when layering.

A big Nope!

I really wanted to like this parka because I love the color, but the fit was very weird. It was too tight at the bottom and too loose up top. I couldn't zip it comfortably even though I sized up. I'm 5'5, 138 lbs, and a medium is normally big enough to layer under. Huge disappointment. Worse was the return process, which I just spent 40 minutes on. The online return didn't work. The first representative I spoke to was supposed to email me a return label but the call dropped. The second representative spent fully 15 minutes "filling out the form" for the return, and then I waited 5 minutes for the email to come through. Columbia, Title Nine, any other company, the return process takes less than 2 minutes. Very annoying!

I'd recommend this coat!

I love how it fits, the zipper on the bottom is so helpful.
