The North Face  Aconcagua 3 Down Hoodie - Women's

I own at least 4 Northface coats or jackets. I ordered my usual size even though I've lost some weight. I've read all the reviews. None of them said anything specific about it running small and nothing was said about it being a contour fit so I ordered the size I always ordered. When I got it, I tried it on and I couldn't even close enough to zip it. No way Jose could I wear this, I'm very disappointed. The color is nice. The material is nice. It looks nice but none of the reviews. Nothing in the description made me think that it wouldn't fit like this & I say I own at least 4 Northface jackets. I Sent it back within the hour I received it.

I recently purchased four North Face jackets, 1 men's, 2 women's, and 1 child and I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, all three adult jackets ran about a size too small. To make matters worse, one jacket's zipper failed after a few months of use- lifetime warranty? Honestly, the zipper feels cheap and way too small for a coat-it's unacceptable for a brand of this supposed caliber. What truly exacerbated this situation was my interaction with North Face's customer service. Their response was not only dismissive but also condescending and combative. When I explained that my child would be coatless during the coldest winter months, they showed no empathy. Instead of offering a practical solution, they insisted that I send the defective jacket back as part of their warranty process. This would leave me without a jacket for 6-8 weeks while they "decided" whether to reimburse or fix it. For a brand that prides itself on quality and performance at a premium price point, this is completely unacceptable. The poor quality of their jackets and the abysmal customer service have left me furious. I expected much higher quality and customer care. Unfortunately, both the product and the service have fallen far short of my expectations.

This jacket is exactly what I wanted I bought black an year ago and I lost it from a travel sadly.. I tried the another design even though my favorite jacket was this. But I had to back to this jacket which I liked it the most! I got Grey color this time and this is the one what I was looking for!! Its perfect! I got it one size up so I can have more layers in it and fit is perfect! I love this and highly recommend this to anyone!

I purchased the coat for cold weather. It keeps me warm even the below 0 temperatures. My grandson and I sledded for hours. Recently I fell and the coat was stained with an oily stain as I was filling my gas tank. With a bit of soaking with Dawn Dish soap, the stain was removed. The coat washed well and dried well. It looks like new!

It keeps my daughter super warm, and is very comfortable! It washes out great in cold water! I highly recommend this coat!

I recently got my hands on The North Face jacket, and I have to say, it lives up to its reputation. This jacket is a true blend of style, comfort, and functionality. I really appreciate the warmth, material, and overall design of the jacket, but there's one issue that makes it uncomfortable to wear. The neck area has a wired fit, which causes the zipper to constantly dig into my neck. Additionally, the zipper itself is quite stiff. It's disappointing because the jacket is otherwise well-made and cozy. I would recommend adjusting the neck fit to make it more snug and prevent the zipper from irritating the skin. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I had to return it.

This is an awesome coat that looks great and is very functional. It very adeptly handles the harsh winds, cold temps, and winter precipitation and has a hood for added protection against rain/wind/snow/cold. Originally we ordered a size M and had to swap it out for a size L - just be warned that it fits a bit small and has a tapered snug fit, so you may have to go a size or two larger to have it fit comfortably. Overall this was an excellent purchase and I highly recommend it.
