The freestanding ultralight Taj Mahal! Can't get enough of this tent, after using it for a summer of constant use along the Haute Route and a bikepacking tour through Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Seriously put it through its paces. From all-night downpours to exposed wind-blasted nights in open deserts, this thing held its own. Love the overall construction, internal space, thoughtful feature set, and fabric durability. Would happily recommend it for all sorts of ultralight missions.
Just so outrageously light. This is a perfect summer adventure tent. It's burly enough to handle some weather but light enough for fast packing and light hiking trips. It's definitely tight for two full sized dudes but that's what you sign up for in this category and to be fair, there was definitely enough room for both of us. We didn't have to overlap pads or anything. The vestibule wings on the fly make it easy to keep gear dry and out of the main tent. Zippers and convenient magnets allow you to create openings and airflow when the weather is good.
