With the 700-fill I was hoping they would keep my hands warmer. I am diabetic and perhaps that is why my hands are cold when outside. Unfortunately, for me, these aren’t any warmer than the mittens I have had for 20 years.
Allows plenty of free movement in mittens great in really cold weather
Comfortable wearing and does the job of keeping my hands warm while clearing snow. I would not recommend them for use in below zero temperatures for long periods of time. I found upon removing the gloves my hands had black dye on them which took some heavy scrubbing with soap and water to remove. I've worn them 3-4 times now and it is still the case, although, less intensive. This is the reason for my rating at a 3.
after weeks of sub zero temps and my Costco gloves leaving my fingers freezing I finally broke down and bought mittens. These mittens are light weight, super soft on the inside and keep my hands warm. I love the material on the palms keep me dry when I am picking ice chunks off my windshield
I was trying to "upgrade" my current Gordini mittens for winter hiking and these were not big enough even though the size tag said they were larger than the ones I already had. And the next largest size is not shown as available. So I am returning these
I bought these gloves because i needed a larger warmer pair and i cant feel the cold even in below zero weather. Highly recommend.
I have Reynaud’s Syndrome. So, I really need warm mittens, not gloves. These are they. And the liner is so soft.
Kept my hands warm on a recent trip to Montreal where the temperature was 0 degrees
Wore them last weekend at Tahoe and my hands stayed toasty warm
