Easy to install - just remove the presta core (core remover on the cap) and screw the adapter onto the stem. Put these on my mtb just before installing tight tubeless tires with a floor pump. Seated the tire bead first try with the help of a little soapy water around the tire rim. Tire inflates much faster and more easily. Just unscrew the adapter to add sealant into the stem.
