Great traction
Update to my previous review. I’ve had these for about a month and really like them. Both pairs of Merrell boots I’ve owned have run small, so I had to size up by half. They’re pretty light, and I’ve worn them in 18° weather with warm, comfortable feet. These are definitely NOT for walking long distances (a mile or two). They're pretty stiff, and I got shin splints after walking every other day for a week. However, they deliver on traction for icy sidewalks/parking lots. They're just not the sneaker/boot I had hoped for.
Great Quality & Stylish
I have had comments from many people that they love the way these boots look. The best part is that they are very comfortable and they don’t bother my bunions. I’m very glad that I purchased these!
Too big for urban walks
too big and bulky for travel to urban streets - instead, ordered waterproof sneakers from New Balance
Great boots!
These are my 3rd pair over about 10 years. They are nice and warm in really cold temperatures, and have good traction.
Nice winter boot
This is a comfortable winter boot. It’s not heavy and fits well, even with orthotics.
